Job Description

Medtronic seeks a Senior Robotic Stapling Specialist in Ohio to drive market share growth in stapling technologies and robotic hybrid surgical procedures. This remote sales position requires extensive travel throughout the region and focuses on clinical support, market development programs, and key opinion leader engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as district expert on stapling technologies including Signia and Circular EEA, providing clinical training to surgeons
• Lead introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across district to drive conversion opportunities
• Initiate and execute district-wide market development programs including therapy awareness and peer-to-peer training initiatives
• Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures to build expertise and strategic relationships with surgical teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams on KOL engagement strategies and economic opportunity identification

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 8+ years medical device sales experience, or associate's degree plus 6+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 4+ years
• Ability to travel over 50% within assigned territory; valid driver's license required
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas in medical device or surgical markets
• Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
• Experience building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
