Remote Account Representative - Farmers Agency Team Member

Position Overview

Jonathan Dodd's Farmers agency in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Remote Account Representative who keeps score. This is a sales role built for someone who wants a number to hit, the training and coaching to hit it, and sales commission that is not capped when they do.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
• Log every call, quote, and follow-up in the agency system so your sales pipeline stays current
• Hit weekly outreach targets and monthly production goals
• Book appointments and guide each prospect through the sales process to a decision

You Will Do Well Here If You

• Can pick up the phone and talk with someone who was not expecting your call
• Treat a no as part of the process, not the end of it
• Want clear numbers to aim for — calls, quotes, and policies written

This Probably Is Not Your Role If You

• Prefer servicing current customers over finding new ones
• Avoid conversations about price or asking for a decision

Qualifications

• An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
• Two or more years of insurance experience is a must
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
• Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Standard Time) working hours
• Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $75,000-$95,000 per year
