You'll be KugelAudio's founding BDR/SDR, building the entire outbound motion from the ground up in Berlin. You'll own pipeline generation for enterprise accounts, identifying the right stakeholders and creating personalized campaigns that turn into real conversations. BDR is its own discipline here, not a stepping stone to AE, and there is no hierarchy between BDR and AE.
